Use a VPN to restrict access to WHM login and SSH

Hello.

My server was recently hacked and due to this i have decided to look into ways that i can limit/block access to areas that are not for public use.

I have stumbled across the use of a VPN for this job.

What i would like to do is set it so that unless the person attempting to access this area of the site via http://youip/whm they weill get page not found unless connected to the VPN

Is this possible and if so any sugestions on how i would go about doing this?

Hello

You could limit Web Host Manager access to the IP address used for connections from the VPN. This would be configured at:

"WHM >> Security Center >> Host Access Control"
