    Hey,
    I have a question,
I have a client that has a site made with asp..

and he used access database to build it.

Sure I could transfert all his database into a mysql one,
    but is there another possibility?

    Thanks

    Look into mdbtools. ;)

You can also read about Bryan Mills' experiences setting it up here.

The mdbtools package looks interesting :)

I believe the crux of the matter is ODBC. On Windows you can create an ODBC connection to your Access database and then use PHP to query it using the Unified ODBC functions. It seems like mdbtools takes care of the ODBC connection.

It will be real cool if you could get this to work on Linux. Please keep us updated
