Use procmail to execute script to parse

I would like to use procmail to execute a script to parse email content and log it to a database. I have exim working to log the mail in /tmp/test.txt. The original email should remain for the user to read.

I am not certain how to get procmail working in a cpanel environment as my mail account does not have a home dir associated with it to add a .forward file.

If anyone has any ideas or if there are alternate ideas that would be great too.
