is it possible if you use master/slave dns configuration.

You don't need to use the tranditional master/slave setup if they're both running cPanel. You can simply use the inbuilt cPanel DNS Clustering option and distribute the two A records for the name servers between each separate server.

Yes, you need to set it up on both cPanel servers and configure them in the cluster settings to synchronize with each other:
    http://www.cpanel.net/docs/dnsclustering-quickstart/

The master/slave setup on cPanel servers is now deprecated in preference to the DNS cluster setup.

    diferent message

in step 5 i get this error

The trust relationship could not be established from the remote server to this server. You must login to the remote server a add this server to it's cluster manager.

but when clic in cluster again and push in synchronice changes do not appear the other server

and the ip of the principal server appear now thats mind that all its ok?

    Make sure that:

    1. Both servers can connect to each other over port 2087 - so, if you use a port filtering firewall you need to make sure that port 2087 is working on both servers and that port 2087 TCP is open in and outbound on both servers.

    2. Do make sure that clustering is enabled on both servers before trying to add the other in as a member.

    3. Try adding the members of the cluster from the other server. If one fails, if you do it the other way round it usually works.

Out of interest, I took a look at http://www.cpanel.net/docs/dnsclustering-quickstart/

The instructions seem pretty clear and easy to follow, however I was rather disturbed/confused by the disembodied red-pink hand that appears to be point at items from inside my screen.

Is it just me that find this an odd way of indicating which option to select?

The blood splashes around the hand don't look so appealing either - programmers will have their fun ;)
