Use Sendgrid only for Hotmail/Outlook (outgoing mail)

Hi! Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

My dedicated server can send email to all providers except Microsoft (hotmail.com, outlook.com and others)...

"Unfortunately, messages from [x.x.x.x] were not sent. Please contact your ISP as part of your network is on our blacklist (S3140)."

But they blocked the whole network (block /22). So I can send emails anywhere except Microsoft domains.

I have a Email filter I set up on a separate server. I want to use it for smart hosting as well. I know what to do on the Smart Host end to configure it. I don't however know what to do on my Cpanel server. I want to be able to forward certain domain's email to the smart host. Not all mail...

But I'm still not sure if this is correct (to outgoing email only: from the server to external ones)

hotmail.com -> sendgrid
outlook.com -> sendgrid
msn.com -> sendgrid
live.com -> sendgrid
* -> use local SMTP

I'm scared of doing something wrong since the server is in production
