Used space error. It alway show 0MB. Please help.

All of accounts we create through Web Host Maneger show space used as 0MB although so many files was uploaded to their account. How to fix this problem.

For end-user panels alway show unlimited space available.

Anyone know how to fix both of the problems above, please explain us how to fix it.
