Is there logs anywhere that tells you what IP changed what in cPanel? Something so I can look at an account and tell them what IP address logged in and deleted a database or email account, etc? Thanks.

This information is logged to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log. error_log and login_log are also located in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/. You will need to log into the shell via root and use less to view these files or grep to search through them; there is no facility for viewing these log files in the WebHost Manager.
