user account broke cause wrong i.p

got a user i changed the name of his account but i noticed that when i alterd it was putting in the wrong i.p address but when i click change site ip address theres nothing listed there how can i fix this and put it to the right i.p cpanel says their is an error in the conf file.

As per your previous post as well, Edit the dns record of the account and also check
the user entry in httpd.conf file and be sure the IP is reflected correctly in there as well
as the user name and directory location.

i've checked and its still not working.
all the dnz zones appear right
i've went in to the ns server and its pointing to the correct ns
