User AcctName on behalf......

    Good Evening cPanel fans:

    I am having an issue with mail in Outlook, and I know I have seen the setting fix somewhere before, but now, I cannot find it!

    When I am reading mail from some of my accounts show mail from user AcctName [user@server.name] on behalf of First Last [user@theirdomain.com].

    I know there is a fix for this, can anyone help me??

    Go to WHM > Service Configuration > Exim configuration editor.

    Uncheck the box for "Always set the Sender: header when the sender is changed from the actual sender. (Unchecking this will stop "On behalf of" data in Microsoft(R) Outlook, but may limit your ability to track abuse of the mail system.)"

    Then click SAVE at the bottom.

    That should do it.

    This looks good. I just did the configuration, I knew it was somewhere, tried searching the forums....could not find anything.

    I will update an Affirmative or negative, but I think that was the problem, sure seems like it!
