    User somereal added
Unable to add the user somereal

    Account Creation Complete!!!

The user is entered into uid/gid
The user directory is created in home
    A mail folder is there..
    no public html
    no public ftp
    no zone created in bind

nothing shows up in the control panel of course

I looked for error logs to see if this would point me in a direction, cant find any

where does cpanel write log files,it must have something,,
add user error is useless without a log to see what may be the problem...

Any ideas to what I might check would be helpfull...

    Thanks

We are experencing this exact issue on a machine.

Creating an account via the shell is fine, however using WHM will give this error.

    Any ideas?

I am seeing the exact same problem on one server as well, version is 6.4.0-S3 if that is in any way useful.

Could you supply me with some more information about the server?

    What OS is it? etc..

It seems a very sparatic problem.. works sometimes and then it will stop again.. very strange.
