He says that the user already exists, but does not exist in any account

Account “nameaccount.net”: Account Restore Failed: “Account failure: Failed to create the account: (XID 2gb38q) The domain “nameaccount.netr” already exists in the userdata.”

I'd say in that case that while it's present it may be in a different location - feel free to open a ticket so that we can look into the issue further.
