Try the "Unsuspend Bandwidth Exceeders" command under "Account Functions".

We recently had a case where this did not unsuspend an account because of an incorrectly calculated bandwidth total (daily values did not add up to the listed total). Use the "View Bandwidth Usage" function to check the relevant accounts for realistic bandwidth totals. If they seem wrong, you can add them up yourself and correct the totals in each var/cpanel//bandwidth/clientdomain.com.

    Hope this helps ;)

I should nt have to do anthing. The system should have reset all sites to 0.00000 bandwidth at the first of the month. Thats my point.

I've noticed that on our servers, the bandwidth check and reset usually happens toward the end of the day on the first, sometimes as late as 11pm.

"Unsuspend Bandwidth Exceeders" in WHM will allow you to manually reset things at 12:01am on the 1st if you desire. Or perhaps there's a method to decide exactly when the bandwidth check gets done?

This unsuspends ALL bandwidth exceeders though. We need it so we can individually unsuspend them and the Suspend/Unsuspend Accounts does not work.

I'm having the same problem. WHM seems to have forgotten to reset the bandwidth usage at the start of this month. People were getting suspended on the 3rd day of the month, so that really wasn't right... I ran this script on the server but it didn't change anything... Could someone please explain to me how I could solve this?
