I have a user who has used about 30% of his storage allocation based on current package.

However, if he adds a new package or updates the existing one he gets an error message that his allowance will be exceeded by 10MB.

I updated the package from root, but it is not reflected in cPanel which is still using the previous storage allowance.

What can I do to get around this please?

    Thanks!
