User cannot change a password (piece from log inside)

Hello!

I am trying to change a password in cpanel, but I cant. I see the message "password has been changed" but it has not. Old password still working. Here is a piece from /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error.log:


pt_chown: needs to be installed setuid `root'
The system has no more ptys. Ask your system administrator to create more.
while executing
"spawn /usr/bin/passwd"
invoked from within
"set pid [spawn /usr/bin/passwd]"
(file "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/securechpass" line 14)



Please advise.
