One of my website users informed me that he can't connect to the site...or at least parts of it. He did connect to the server through his email to me though.

I'm wondering if any other users are having this problem or if it's just him. Where do I begin to fix this issue...or should I just assume it's on his side.

Also, I recently looked in WHM at my DNS entries. Is this a normal DNS entry?

    " v=spf1 a mx ip4: (my server ip) ?all "
