User can't receive email

I have one user on my server who says he cannot receive email, but can send them. He's not getting a login error, etc., he just can't receive emails (by POP, IMAP, or Webmail). All messages sent to his account bounce back as undeliverable. I believe i've had this problem before, but simply forwarded it to another account. I also think that this isn't the only account having this problem. I've already searched the forums for an answer, but have come up with nothing. Any suggestions?

Try by adding his domain name in the /etc/localdomains , than it should work well. Sometime that is a problem.

Cannot receive emails

Kindly check if your user can conect to pop server using telnet

On command prompt run

telnet mail.yourdomain name 110

Also check if the quota for the email is not full from your control panel
