user connection help

    I have an Employee trying to upload a zipped invoice through Cpanel File Manager.When she
    tried to upload the invoice she said that it got "stuck".

    now the Employee has no access to the server.

    she can not connect to ANY SERVICE, HTTPD, SSHD, FTPD, SMTP

    She has no e-mail, cant view the website, can not FTP. she is a office employee
    and it is very important she has access to all the services. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    You should probably contact the server support where your domain is hosted as they will be able to resolve the problem on your local end.

    If you are the host, then you may need to remove a blocked ip address within your iptables/firewall?
