I cannot add user to database. I tried by creating user and database in MySql Database Wizard and database and user is created successfully but at last it shows Error ID: ww9ydv. When I tried to add manually in MySql Databases, its same issue there.
Seems like a MySQL Issue. Since, You are not the root user, ask your Hosting provider to fix the same. If Hosting provider posts the Logs, Then we may be able to help out.
If you don't have root access to the machine, you'll want to follow the details that @ankeshanand posted to help get this resolved.
I am Not sure what are you referring to. Could You please share a Sample of Raw-Output or File of the Database?
