One of my clients is having a problem I've never seen before. All of his email accounts suddenly disappeared from cpanel under "Manage Accounts" and new accounts cannot be created.

When you go to create an email account, you get a message saying the email address was created but when you check under "Manage Accounts", the email addresses are not there.

Here's the error that he's getting when he tries to login.

i'm asuming h's getting this error when using webmail

Notice: unserialize() failed at offset 0 of 33 bytes in
    /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib/Auth.php on line 250

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output
    started at /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib/Auth.php:250) in
    /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/imp/lib/IMP.php on line 310

Notice: [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response) (errflg=2) in
    Unknown on line 0

Also, the part in cpanel that tells you who logged in last is not recording the ip of the last person logged in.

He said his email folder in his root directory is showing 770 as the permission.

Anyone have any ideas? I've never seen this problem before.
