I have a reseller where one of his domains exceed the bandwidth limit. I received an email telling me this, but the reseller never received an email telling him that the domain was about to exceed the bandwidth limit or even that it has exceeded the bandwidth limit.

From my understanding the reseller and hosting company should receive an email, is this correct?

Any ideas on why my reseller didn't receive the email?

I have this same problem and I made sure that the email address for the reseller's primary account is up-to-date and working.
