User ID instead of 'username' of FTP session process owner - what does it mean?

Hi,
I've noticed in 'ps auxf' that the FTP child process owner (serving user connection) is an ID of the user instead of his name.
In normal way, if user 'username' is connected via FTP, the FTP child process owner is 'username', but in this case, if user 'username_1' is connected, the process owner is '33293' (it's his UID) but it should be 'username_1' - strange.

I've migrated this accout ('username_1') from Plesk few days ago ...

Why FTP can't translate UID to username - is it dangerous?
