since cpanel doesn't provide multiple account Contact Information email options to filter useless cPanel email feedback I must resort to exim?

    example email
    Code:
    Return-path: <[account]@[server].arvixe.com>
    Envelope-to: [account]@[server].arvixe.com
    Delivery-date: Wed, 10 Apr 2013
Received: from [account] by [server].arvixe.com with local (Exim 4.80)
    	(envelope-from <[account]@[server].arvixe.com>)
    	id sanitized
    	for [account]@[server].arvixe.com; Wed, 10 Apr 2013
    From: root@[server].arvixe.com (Cron Daemon)
    To: [account]@[server].arvixe.com
    Subject: Cron <[account]@[server]> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php -q /home/[account]/sanitized/moodle/admin/cli/cron.php
    X-Cron-Env: <SHELL=/bin/sh>
    X-Cron-Env: <HOME=/home/[account]>
    X-Cron-Env: <PATH=/usr/bin:/bin>
    X-Cron-Env: <LOGNAME=[user]>
    X-Cron-Env: <USER=[account]>
    Message-Id: <sanitized@[server].arvixe.com>
    Date: Wed, 10 Apr 2013

/bin/sh: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php: No such file or directory

    problem:
I cannot easily divert such "helpful" server emails to an account of my choice without involving exim

    2
    issue:
missing file/dir error not a me-configuration issue but a third party [softaculous] software bug I have zero intention of troubleshooting

    3
    feature request:
any header should offer "is" instead of using "contains" to search FOR header (vs header value)

    4
    expected / feature request:
cPanel Contact Information needs radio buttons- and multiple email address fields. Especially valuable when a team of people are interwebby responsible.

    5
    defective design / feature request
Account Level Filters provides easy visual summary of active filters. Unfortunately nonesuch is available for User Level Filtering: one must iteratively open "manage filters" for each listed email address :(

    6
    feature request:
cPanel has made decent advancements in providing power user filtering [with server rejection]. I still need a gui for complex- compound exim filterins

    (A and B) or [{A and (D or E) and (L and (N or P)}]

    (bracket variation for readability)

User Filter (created using cPanel tool, not by hand-force-upload)
    Code:
    from,contains,root@[server].arvixe.com
    and
    any recipient,contains,[account]@[server].arvixe.com
    and
    any header,contains,X-Cron-Env
    and
    subject,contains,3rdparty
    do
    fail with message
    raw
    Code:
    $header_from: contains root@[server].arvixe.com and foranyaddress $h_to:,$h_cc:,$h_bcc: ($thisaddress contains [account]@[server].arvixe.com) and $message_headers contains X-Cron-Env and $header_subject: contains 3rdparty
    	foranyaddress $h_to:,$h_cc:,$h_bcc: ($thisaddress contains [account]@[server].arvixe.com) and $message_headers contains X-Cron-Env and $header_subject: contains 3rdparty
    	$message_headers contains X-Cron-Env and $header_subject: contains 3rdparty
    	$header_subject: contains 3rdparty
    	$message_headers contains X-Cron-Env
    	foranyaddress $h_to:,$h_cc:,$h_bcc: ($thisaddress contains [account]@[server].arvixe.com)
    	$thisaddress contains [account]@[server].arvixe.com
    	$header_from: contains root@[server].arvixe.com

for this scenario does cPanel recommend User Level filtering or Account Level filtering?

default webmail flavors [squirrel, roundcube, etc]: encourage LDAP for address book?

    suggestion:

    1
add cPanel gui for importing user(s) email client address book(s) into LDAP for a seamless webmail experience

    2
provide config to email client configuration on using LDAP [now] instead of local address book(s)

every user@domain.cpanel ought convey: email, xmpp, sip

Consider adding prosody or similar to default cPanel. Every address should default accept XMPP, too

    user@domain.cpanel
    • email
    • XMPP (base Jabber ID)
    • SIP URI

cPanel GUI should provide XEP-0016, Privacy Manager, configuration

SIP need not involve RTP (audio processing); see also SIPsorcery

As VSP expand texting via legacy SMS one will soon expect some SIP functionality [offloading] through the webhost
