hi all,
i have a user that has an [email protected] mail account on the server. he uses a mac and for what i know he has made a lot of mailfolders in the mac pc to sort out the mails. every folder under his standard [email protected] account has the same folders as the standard account.
how can we reach those extra mailfolders as in the webmail program you don't see them.

when i check the used diskspace i can see the full maildirectorylisting (all folders) he did setup under the standard account so the mails are in there but how can you access them by webmail?

we switched over to gmail (mx) so with a usual mailclient on his mac he can't reach them anymore or can he by setting up a different connections to the server to save his mails?

and if it is possible how do we do that?

TIA

Hello :)

Which specific Webmail application are you using? Typically, you can browse to the options menu in the Webmail application and subscribe to the additional mail directories.

Thank you.

In Roundcube, browse to:

"Settings >> Folders"

This will allow you to subscribe to new folders, or add additional folders. Please let us know if this helps.

Thank you.

Hello :)

It seems you only have access to cPanel itself, and not root access to the server. Please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can provide you assistance with this issue.

Thank you.
