user name exists? but account has been deleted in cpanel

I have been using the transfer tool to backup to another server I did this and it works perfect. This week I terminated the account on the server and tried to transfer from the main server to the backup one and I get a user exists error.

Any help would be appreciated, first post so if I did something wrong please forgive (yes I did a search first)
