Hi,

Newbie Alert!

After setting some test accounts up I found that if i tried to add the accounts again, I couldn't use the same user name - Even though I had terminated the account. Where do I go to rectify this? Can I fix it for good?

Also, how do I uninstall an SSL cert without deleting and recreating the account?
