User not able to send emails

    Hello guys,

    I'm quite new to cPanel and would like some advice...

    We have a domain (- Removed -) and two users registered with email accounts.

    One of the users can send and receive pretty much without any issues while the second user can only send. This second user is not receiving emails from the same nor other domains.

    I've read some stuff about incorrect DNS but I can't figure why one of the users can and the other can't. Can you please give me a help?

    I'll leave you the current configuration I have for the domain attached as a picture.

    Hi,

    Make sure there is no issue with MX record. You have to check DNS setting at intodns.com

    Hello,

    You can review /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if the cPanel server is receiving the message. EX:

    Code:
    exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Also, does this domain name use a remote server for email purposes?
