user preview using http://ip/~username

    Hi, i cant preview the accounts using,

    http://255.255.255.255/~username/

    it showing a 404 error every time i need to access

    how can i fix this?

    this is my apache settings

    Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.5 Server at

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Try going to WHM -> Security -> Security Center and click on Apache mod_userdir tweak. If the tweak is enabled, you will not be able to access via ~username.

    Note, nowadays you can enable/disable this on a per-user basis as well as a server-wide basis.
