Are you sure the domain name in question is pointing to your server?

Are the MX records for that domain pointing at your server?

I'm creating an email account and it looks like everything is setup but when you try to email the person, you get this return back:

Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

The user is definitely there and listed. I can login to webmail from the user but obviously there is nothing in his inbox.

I've tried deleting and re-adding the user a number of times.

E: I tried creating just a test user and emailing that user and I get the same rejection, so it isn't specific to one account.

yes - all other email accounts for that domain are working ok. This is somewhat related to the failing accounts post. I deleted an account and now when I created this one back, it is failing but with this new error message.

Im just creating these accounts in the mail section in cpanel for that domain.
