after upgrade my server sql from 5.7 to 10.3.19-MariaDB
icant add User To the database
and i got this error
User “xxxx” could not be added to the database “xxxx”. The request failed. (Error ID 4ej2xj)
any one can help me

Is there any output in the in relation to this in the error log at /var/lib/mysql/server.domain.tld.error

Before reading your reply I tried very hard to solve the problem ..
And you already solved it
The solution was through the work of force Update to c panel
And then I made
mysql_upgrade
Through SSH
Then I found that the entire problem has been solved
