when & is used in the username, & and all the characters after it are omitted from user:group in httpd.conf crashing apache

the user doesn't get created but the dns does

I'm not sure if affects anything else yet

usernames should contain letters & numbers and should not contain special characters nor should the username begin with a number.

that is the case with most and the script will not normally let you continue but some allow the use of these characters.

there is nothing stated on the create account form about it and whm sets up the account in the normal way except it doesn't create the user and places bad code in httpd.conf, breaking apache.

to me thats a bug :D
