    User can access server status from their X themed CPanel. They can see server status (the green lights), wich is fine, but they can also see the disk usage, memory usage and cpu usage, wich I think is not suitable for my customers to see.

    How do I remove this?

    You would have to edit the theme and take it out.

    Hi,

    You can remove this things by logging into WHM as root user and in that Server Setup-->Reseller Center-->Edit Reseller Privileges/Nameservers in that select the Reseller you want to hide this option and click Ok. Inside that you can see an option called view server status. Unselect it and save it. Then this option will be disabled for that reseller.

    May be this solution resolve your problem.

    Regards,

    Bright:)

    The Solution

    You can modify the following file:

    /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x/index.html

    and "delete" or "exclude" the following in the specified file:

    "exclude" would be the best (safe) solution....

    just put a "<!--" tag before <table
    and a "-->" after </table>

    ( :cool: You can even remove the "sensitive" information !!)

    The server information is shown in the following table:

    <!--
    <table width="275" border="0" cellspacing="3" cellpadding="4">
    <tr>
    <td class="header" colspan="2"><br><cpanel langprint="INDXGeneralInfo">:</td>
    </tr>

    <td class="index1" width="120" nowrap><cpanel langprint="INDXOperatingSys"></td>

    Has someone submitted this as a bug in the Reseller Center option selection?

    One would think that unselecting it would remove it or does that box have some other function we are not aware of?

    Thanks,
    Jim
