Users can not receive mail

    Hello everyone, my name William from Ghana. I have a challenge in cPanel I will like you to help me. Users in my domain able to receive mails from everyone but there is a particular global email address that sends mails to all users in my domain but none is able to receive that mail or any mail from the global address.

    Please I help with this.

    Are you receiving a specific error when attempting to send mail to your users when it isn't being received?

    Your profile indicates you're a website owner, in order to look into this further I would suggest contacting your provider, they'll be able to access the mail logs to identify the specific error so that the issue can be resolved.

    Also consider asking the global sender if they recieve any bounce or rejection messages
