Just upgrade cpanel to 11.

Only one user has a problem with the control panel.

Every icon on the right hand side is missing and on the left hand side

it shows "[an error occurred while processing this directive]0 / 5"
with this error

"

Any reply from a cpanel tech?

This kind of thing happens when the /etc/passwd file is modified by hand and not from cpanel.

How do you reset a users control panel.
