Today all the users on our server who log in to cpanel are getting a white screen with nothing on it. Has anyone experienced this and if so, how did you fix it

THanks

Did you restart everything yet, CPanel related?

As root from the shell, first kill portsentry...
\"killall -9 portsentry\"
and then
/etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel3 restart .....

Any better? You can restart portsentry with
/etc/rc.d/init.d/portsentry restart , if you want to revive that. Otherwise your license is probably busted or a chunk of the CPanel frontend directory is gone.

Run this from the shell:
/usr/local/cpanel/cpanel
any errors?

If so try /scripts/upcp to restore the layer 2 which includes the CPanel user frontend and all of the pertinent HTTP interfaces.

Good luck.
:)

We had this problem;
Tryed restarting cpanel etc and nothing worked however after a reboot of the server it seemed to work fine.

Are you getting any errors when you restart cpanel?

Any idea how? I have this problem now since 5 minutes. Only with several PHP files but it drives me crazy.
