Users / Resellers unable to park a domain

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    yyy.xxx.xxx.xxx is controlled by another user. You cannot park it.
    xxx.xxx.xxx belongs to the same reseller
    when I add a domain not previously added to cpanel it is fine


    Regardless of domain I cant add a parked domain to this account except though my interface (root)

    This likely stems from the following option in "WHM >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings" under the "Domains" tab:

    "Allow domain parking across accounts"

    Enabling this option will allow users to park domains (including creation of addon domains) on top of domains owned by other users. This is not recommended due to the security implications (it allows users to control subdomains of other domain names hosted on the server).
