Users unable to login phpmyadmin from cPanel

    The actual cPanel user, logged in has this issue, or are you speaking of a Reseller or root user logged into a users cPanel account cannot access phpMyAdmin?

    Check to ensure there are sufficient disk space and inodes available to each partition. EX:

    Code:
    df -h
    df -i
    Also, ensure the disk space quota for the individual account has not been reached.
