    How can u make a user in CPanel to be able to go on to ftp in the root of the dedicated? or how can you make the main admin user able to go on FTP (in the root)?

    You should never ever allow root FTP. If you want such access to your server you should use sftp or scp (secure FTP over SSH). There are a variety of free and commercial products that you can use.

    do you know wer i could get one of these programs? and how can i creat users for root ftp?
