I set up an account and need to use a dedicated IP for the Secure Certificate.

I went into WHM to Change Site's IP Address, selected the account then selected a new IP from the list.

I tried to access the account and get "You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server."
I tried creating a index.html and get "You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server."

I waited 36 hours and still get the same responce.

I then changed the site IP back to the shared IP on the server and the account works fine.

    What am I missing here?
