Let's say we have a server with a main shared ip 1.1.1.1
and we have a whole subnet that we can use.

Can we add a client with a dedicated IP example 1.1.1.2 and make exim
when he sends emails, exim will use his ip for sending emails and not the shared one?

I made some testing creating a domain/client and giving it an dedicated IP
but it didnt work (only for apache did).

Exim will run off your servers host name actually. So this would be from your shared IP that is currently setup.
