Can someone please let me know about fonts.

I know this might not be a cpanel issue but if anyone knows please let me know.

If he like to use the ones installed on server like:
    /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TTF/luximb.ttf
    /usr/share/fonts/zh_CN/TrueType/gbsn00lp.ttf

Will not php_openbasedir protection stop him if I don't modify his apache setup ?

If a client needs a TTF - do I need to install a font program/module like Freetype
to be able to use the fonts or is that only fonts being installed and not a critical
part of "using fonts" on server.

I mean he could download all the fonts he like and keep them in his account
without me doing anything or having anything installed ?

Ok, that's my font questions :)
