Using FTP

    I have been using Cpanel last 3 or so months, and using FTP to upload my pages online. Now, as of last week, any changes I make using FTP are not available online, but only through FTP. Changes can not be seen online. Changes occur ONLY when i change the contents using the file manager in CPanel. Please help...would like to return to FTP

    Root Administrator
    how do you connect to ftp ? using the domain name ? if yes.. try using the ip address.. Seems like a domain resolution problem to me .

    Yeah , and use filezilla for a secure ftp connection , you'll need putty [a ssh client] installed for that ! ;)
