    Hi,

I'm using a Wildcard SSL on one of my servers running cPanel. Here is my question:

Does anyone have a "howto" as to how i can use the same cert on server B and C? I know i must copy the keyfile(?), but if anyone could give some information here it would make me a very happy camper :)

PS. Sorry if this is wrong forum, feel free to move.

You install the certificate the same way on the additional servers as you did on the first one. There should be no issue installing a wildcard certificate on multiple hosts.

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply.
I was trying to setup everything, but was unclear about how to handle the CSR request etc.
But maybe I'm thinking to hard?

    Hello :)

You can generate the CSR/Key the same way you did on the first server. There's no change in how it's configured.

    Thank you.

    Hi there ,
If you have lost the private key , then generate the CSR again in cpanel and copy the Private key to a safe place .
And then when you reissued your certificate , you can install it to any server with the same key you have saved earlier .

And there is a way to get the existing private key , login to the cpanel/whm account from where you generated the CSR , go to ssl storage manager and get the key from there .
    Cheers,
    Shahriar
