    Good day.
We have a customer that wants to use SSL (our first so far), and I'm a little confused as to if I'm doing this right.

I generated the certificate for OUR domain in WHM, and the customer is going to have to use:

    https://serverdomain.com/~hisusername

Is this correct? Short of him buying his own certificate, is there a way he can just do https://hisdomain.com ?

If he does get his own certificate, how do I add it to my server for his usage?

My apologies, but the SSL stuff is new to me.

    Thank you.

That's correct, just make sure to put the trailing / at the end of the username. If your client wanted a cert, they're very easy to setup via WHM.
