Using "Update System-Server" or UPCP error: unpacking of archive failed cpio: rename

Hello:

I have a VPS with Cpanel/WHM 11.30 (CENTOS 4.9 i686 virtuozzo) and i receive errors when use the options "Update System Software", "Update System Software" in WHM or using /scripts/upcp --force or yum update

Updating : centos-release ######################### [1/2]error: unpacking of archive failed on file /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo.rpmnew: cpio: rename

Installing: tkinter ######################### [1/3]error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/lib/python2.3/lib-dynload/_tkinter.so: cpio: rename

Installing: python-tools ######################### [2/3]error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/bin/idle: cpio: rename

Installing: python-docs ######################### [3/3]error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/share/doc/python-docs-2.3.4/HISTORY: cpio: rename

How can fix this?. Thanks you very much.
