My /usr partition is almost 92% full. Is it safe to remove usr/local/apache/domlogs?? Below is the disk space usage from each directories under /usr.

You should not delete the log files, otherwise apache may have problems starting. If you want to disable logging, you should edit httpd.conf and comment out logging for the particular domains and or perhaps run your log parsing more often as needed.

If you simply want to empty the log files:

echo > logfile.log

Check for, and delete, any core files you find in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot
