Whenever I try to enter phpMyAdmin or do other various things through cPanel I get the follow error.

Warning: session_write_close(): write failed: No space left on device (28) in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php on line 44

The error also shows up when trying to access email. Any help would be appreciated.

check your /usr , /tmp and /var disk space usage ( free space ) on the server.
