    Anyone know what could be causing this? Below is some output from PRM and top


    - Event Summary:
    USER: cpanel

    Go on, have a guess
    You need to get more information about the files that the process has open:

    cat /proc/<PID>/map

    Whene <PID> is the process id in question.
