I see this process /usr/local/cpanel/bin/httpd -DSSL (think is apache SSL) when I ran top on my system.
My question is, i´m not using SSL on my server also the CPANEL and WHM dont use SSL ports, compiling apache without SSL support will get rid off this process??

    Thanks!

    Go on, have a guess
You could do that, but it probably won't make any difference since with or without SSL compiled in, that is still the httpd server process and will simply appear in top just without the SSL on the command line. If you want to see what's consuming apache resources you need to look in WHM > Apache Status
