Any seen this, the server is locked from SSH and I get this error:

/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: Input/output error

I also get forbidden error when I try to access the apache page from the i.p.?

Input/Output errors while reading files are usually the result of bad hard drives.
