Utility/function to run validate active/inactive accounts?

Is there a function/utility/script available anywhere that would essentially automate a check of all domains on a cPanel server and cross reference them against whois (or whatever) to confirm they are actively pointing to that particular server?

My goal here is to find an easy way to run through all domains on a server and confirm they are current (non-expired) domains and that they are resolving to that server. For ones that are not, I'd like to be notified so I can then validate manually and remove the account if appropriate.

Does that make sense? Is there an easy way somehow to do this that already exists?

There's a plugin at this location that partially suits what you are wanting to do:

I don't know of any other tool that would perform the task.
